Candidate will perform clerical duties with a high level of data entry with completing Patient Registration by providing information regarding registration and eligibility process; receiving, verifying, collecting fees and entering data. Applicant will work Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., and Saturday 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

High School diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years Patient Registration experience. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Passing of Health Department’s clerical test.

Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.


Criminal background check and driving background check as needed or required.

Desired: Bilingual in Spanish.
