As a Kemper Sales Agent in one of our local offices, you will provide outstanding service and show our customers the value of Kemper. You will prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverages, and convert quotes to insurance policies.

Compensation

You will be rewarded for your hard work. We offer a competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn commissions on your sales.

Education & Training

You will receive paid training and a path to earn a Property & Casualty Producer License, if unlicensed, we will help get you licensed!

Experience:

Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Position Qualifications:

Excellent communication with customers and the ability to build relationships
Prior exposure to sales (insurance, real estate, auto sales and/or other product and services)
Outgoing, positive person
Driven, goal-focused, and coachable professional
Competitive spirit
Property & Casualty Producer license or the ability to obtain licensing
Bilingual- Spanish/English required
