Full-Time 4pm-2am shift
-Following sanitation schedules, clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces in a way that does not jeopardize the safety or quality of finished product
-Any tools or utensils used should be accounted for before, after, and during cleaning
- Work with production and maintenance to clean and sanitize surfaces after they have
been used or worked on (outside of the normal sanitation schedule)
- Keep facility and surrounding grounds clean and free of garbage
- Keep all buckets and spray bottles appropriately labeled
- Review SSOP’s for specific labor instructions
- Sweeping, mopping, scraping, scrubbing, et

-Attend annual training regarding company policies and practices
-GMP, allergen, chemical, bloodborne, LOTO, safe lifting, SSOP, etc.
-Follow, support, and enforce all training practices
-“On the Job” Training will include familiarizing yourself with chemicals,
machines/equipment, paperwork, etc. depending on your tasks
-Complete necessary paperwork
- Clock out for breaks. Report any mis-punches
-Report any suspicious activities, especially if it involves the safety of employees or
finished product (anonymous reporting is available)
- Work well and cooperate with employees within and outside of your department. This includes supervisors.
- Help with any miscellaneous activities that are in the best interest of the bakery including filling in at different positions for breaks, vacations, etc.
