Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Our community is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our family of staff and residents. We're looking for an Executive Director to provide hands-on leadership, strategic guidance, and manage all aspects of facility operations while creating a culture of person-centered care while delivering outstanding financial results

Expertise:

Strong focus on patient safety, quality, compliance performance in parallel with effective operational, financial, business development and strategic planning skills.
Strong track record of demonstrated success and profitability in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Demonstrates a high level of market acumen.
Understands SNF performance metrics and clearly articulates areas of focus for performance improvement.
Develops and manages a team of high performing leaders.
Serves as a positive role model and mentors.
Excellent communication abilities. Sets clear expectations and holds team accountable for results.

Job Requirements:

Must be a Skilled Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, in good standing in our state
Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as an NHA in a Skilled Nursing Environment
Proven track record of leading staff to provide superior quality care
