Job Description:

Works under the supervision of the Billing Office Manager, duties primarily consist of telephone reception, registering patients for appointments, data entry and various clerical tasks in a multifaceted setting. Scheduled hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m., Saturday
8:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. and Thursday, 10:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Five (5) years of clerical or similar clerical background required. Proficiency in performing the essential job functions of Administrative Clerk I. Must demonstrate proficiency in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Publisher.

REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Driver’s License, with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility. Ability to work independently and harmoniously with child, adolescent and adult clients and staff. Knowledge of office principles, practices and procedure. Health Department support staff testing required.

DESIRED: Bilingual in Spanish
