Job Description:

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
Accurately enter, maintain, and validate customer orders (manual and EDI), trade agreements, and promotions in D365.
Enter, check and verify order inventory with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate with distribution team on order flow, fulfillment, and timing of shipments; ensuring orders are shipped in full and on time (OTIF).
Monitor transportation carrier’s performance regarding customer order deliveries.
Close sales in D365 when the orders have been shipped in full.
Partner with finance on cost accruals for various departments as necessary
Partners with the Deductions on mitigating fines /deductions with performance issues related to order/delivery issues.
Track and trace customer orders; partnering with Transportation and the outbound distribution center shipping teams.
Manage and resolve all customer inquiries in a timely fashion
All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Customer service experience
Microsoft AX/D365 ERP or equivalent ERP experience preferred
Possess the ability to work in a high volume, seasonal, rapidly changing, and evolving organization
Strong knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Pivot tables
Transportation/logistic experience is a plus
Organizational skills with email, documents, and time management
Ability to prioritize tasks based on level of importance
Detail oriented
Excellent problem-solving skills

Computer Skills

Have good eye-hand-foot coordination.

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Customer Service Representative . This is a full-time position with potential growth opportunities in the future. This position is an integral part of the overall Supply Chain team ensuring order flow process including order entry, transportation performance and ultimately closing orders using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system. The pay for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
