Job Description:
General Managers are resposnsible for running all facets of the business. We are a large, fast casual restauraunt that has a big focus on Customer Service. They are responsible for controlling food cost, labor and managing a P&L. General Managers are also resposnible for the hiring, training and onboarding of their employees.
Job Requirements:
General Managers must have 2+ years experience in food industry.
Willing to train the right candidates for Shift Supervisors.
All managers must have integrity and accountability.
