Job Description:

This hourly (non-exempt) position is responsible for providing service support for our VIP clientele, Commercial Department personnel, and Treasury Management product line, which includes Ca$hTrac (our commercial online banking platform), Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, etc. This position is responsible for assisting customers with navigating through various online banking platforms as well as troubleshooting any technical issues. This position handles a high incoming call volume while also assisting with customer requests.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consistently provide a high level of professional and courteous service on all inbound and outbound calls in a call center type environment. Actively participate in multiple phone queues and communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner. Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner via phone and email.

Complete assigned daily tasks as well as transactions related to calls taken from clients. Examples of this include correcting account posting errors, stop payments, funds transfers, and account maintenance requests.

Complete responsibilities as assigned, such as: completing set ups and maintenance requests for the Bank’s online systems utilized by commercial customers; creating documents for Treasury Management products; completing daily assigned tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Understand system functionality and confirm that transactions are entered appropriately and accurately.

Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and received for all requests.

Maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers via phone and email by providing product and service information, assisting with navigation and troubleshooting within various online systems, and resolving customer issues.

Log cases within Bank’s database, detailing conversations with customers and actions taken within various online systems.

Participate in self-development activities and First American Bank University (FABU) training courses to continually enhance customer service skills and job knowledge. Complete all required compliance regulation as training assigned.

Conduct and complete additional assignments/projects as designated by management.
