Job Description:

The Call Center Supervisor Lead will supervise and manage the call center staff and activities. Promotes a culture that encourages top performance and high employee morale to drive customer retention and ensure patient satisfaction. The Lead will monitor staff performance, progress and provide coaching, training, and education to staff.

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree with two (2) years’ experience as Call Center Manager or a Call Center Supervisor with experience in answering phone calls in a call center environment. Bilingual in Spanish – Successful completion of Interpreter Bilingual Assessment.

REQUIREMENTS: Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, with minimum auto liability insurance.
