Job Description:

Consists of operating company switchboard, locating person called, keeping records of calls, filling out forms and filing. Must have thorough knowledge of plant/office personnel and must be able to enunciate clearly. Receives, registers and directs salespeople and visitors. Must locate the proper company representatives wanted by means of telephone, auto call or loudspeaker system. Must record visitors and messages, transmit information and maintain order in the waiting area. Courtesy, tact and good personality are essential in this job.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and pleasant personality
• Demonstrate professionalism by creating a positive image on calls and emails
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, faxing scanning and scheduling
• Team player who is eager to pitch in where help is needed
• Ability to multi-task and follow direction
