Job Description:

Perform functions to monitor daily activities, provide training and coaching of the environmental services personnel in a professional manner in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals.
Supervise and coordinate the day to day activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises.
Inspect assigned areas in order to provide feedback to management and team members on the cleanliness and maintenance of those areas against standards.
Provide encouragement, set high expectations, and set proud and positive examples necessary to ensure a fun, exciting and professional working environment for our staff and a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests.    
Train team members in established methods and procedures and update all team members on new policies and procedures.
Responsible to supervise team members engaged in work activities of the various Operation areas.
Create maintenance requests by filling out work orders.
Control and account for all housekeeping keys as per standards.
Review workflow, staffing levels, and assign work to staff.
Conduct/monitor daily shift meetings with staff to communicate marketing promotions, company news updates and policy/procedure changes.
Investigate and help resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
Delegate emergency and non-emergency calls of housekeeping as needed.
Conduct daily performance reviews for all areas through hands on supervision.
Monitor attendance and take corrective action as needed.
Schedule department staff for proper coverage in all areas according to business needs.
Administer frontline reviews.
Motivate top performance through positive coaching and administer corrective counseling when necessary.
Inventory departmental supplies/uniforms and requisition as needed for all areas.
This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


High school diploma or GED equivalent required with 2–3 years management experience in a guest service environment.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
Knowledge of professional housekeeping procedures is required. 
Must understand and speak the English language.
