Donson Machine in Alsip, Illinois is looking for 2nd shift Quality Inspectors. Training will be provided, but experience is preferred!
Responsibilities:
• Routine use of Inspection equipment (mics, calipers and vision systems)
• Operating/Utilizing CMM
• Handling all first piece inspection of precision parts
• Assembling, packaging and labeling parts
• Ensure 100% of specifications and tolerances are met or exceeded

Job Requirements:
• Basic Math abilities including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Blueprint reading and understanding
• 3+ Years Manufacturing Inspection experience (mics, calipers and vision system)
• Previous Inspection equipment experience in manufacturing
• 1-2 Years CMM Experience preferred
• Zeiss and Hexagon CMM exp. a plus
You should be proficient in:
• Quality inspection
Machines & technologies you'll use:
• Calipers
• Vision System
• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss, Hexagon)
• Micrometers
