Job Description:

Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating patient services activities within an assigned area and over assigned staff. Acts as a liaison between physicians and clinic staff. Works jointly with Chief Medical Officer to provide quality and cost-effective care. Candidate will establish a team approach to ensure the efficient and courteous processing and treatment of patient’s services, along with having interpersonal skills with a positive approach to patients.

Job Requirements:

Accredited Associates Degree in Health Care Management, Business, Public Health, Nursing, Community Health or Psychology with three (3) years’ experience in working in a clinic or psychiatric setting, and two (2) years’ of supervisory experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting.

Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.

DESIRED: Bilingual in Spanish. Computer skills needed and Knowledge of EMR.


PAID TIME OFF: Bereavement*, Holidays, Personal, Sick, & Vacation.
Holidays 13 paid holidays each year.
Personal 3 personal days per year (prorated for part-time employees).
Sick 9 hours a month (prorated for part-time employees).
Vacation Up to 16 hours a month maximum based on years of service (prorated for part-time employees).
Bereavement Must See the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
