Job Description:

Excellent opportunity for growth and experience. Candidate must provide first line helpdesk support to external customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems via helpdesk ticket system, telephone, email or fax.
Essential Functions
Include the following:
• Provide first line technical support via telephone, email, or onsite visit (when necessary).
• Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Create and modify correspondence using Microsoft 365 Office Applications and Google Applications, and Adobe Acrobat Software.
• In line with Service Management Principles, provide a high level of customer service for all support queries.
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
• To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
• To log all calls on the call logging system.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and provide assistance with resolving hardware or software problems.
• Maintain a log of software and hardware problems detected.
• Allocate complex calls to appropriate Level II IT Analysts, Network Analysts and Business Analysts.
• Organize external technical support (vendors) for any problems which cannot be resolved via in-house Support computer users by providing necessary training and guidance
• Be proactive when dealing with user issues and take ownership of user problems.
• Have experience with Microsoft Windows 7 , 1 0 , MS Office 2 0 1 9 , Office 3 6 5 , and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Requirements:

* Experience implementing client server and/or web based applications
* Must have Computer knowledge/skills with the following : Windows 7 and
10, MS Office 2019, MS Office 365, (Must have working knowledge of:
HTML/ JavaScript / CSS, or Windows Desktop / Windows Server / Mobile,
or / Database / Data Analytics)
