Job Description:

Magid’s Corporate Account Administrator is responsible for supporting the manager and supervisor to support strategic initiatives and other daily clerical tasks within the department. This is an hourly paid, ENTRY LEVEL position.

Job Requirements:

Produce Ad Hoc Reports that support strategic initiatives

Maintain Profitability Tracker and other Management reporting requests

Support Manager and Supervisor of Corporate Accounts with daily clerical tasks.

Locate and gather information from appropriate sources to assist in resolving business issues and pursue information that is not readily available.

Create presentations for leadership team when needed

Assist Manager as needed with projects

Supports business growth and key objectives

Assign tasks and manages turnaround times for completion in shared inbox
