Job Functions:

• Be a Subject Matter Expert on all Midtronics battery management solutions supporting new business development
• Develop and execute thorough test plans for evaluating new battery testing software releases to ensure high quality software is delivered to customers
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical assistance and product education to customers
• Assist customers with in-person acceptance testing for approval of battery testing software releases
• Manage technical and training aspects of customer pilot programs and maintain project tracking documents
• Work with tools and customer data to analyze trends, identify insights, and provide solutions
• Support the Customer Service team as a tier 2 escalation point by verifying and determining root cause of customer issues and working through cross-functional groups
• Support Sales and Marketing teams by attending tradeshows and customer events
• Effectively document and communicate issues internally and externally; record and maintain customer contact data

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Certification or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred
• Some experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Project Management preferably in an automotive environment
• Vehicle electrical systems and / or battery systems knowledge is a plus
• Experience managing and analyzing data sets
• Strong critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products
• Ability to interact with customer personnel from all levels including corporate management
• Must have strong Microsoft Office, Excel, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic with ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and take initiative
• Ability to travel 30% to support the customer and to support/develop new opportunities (currently no travel due to COVID-19)
