Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Maintains a constant flow of dirty dishes, glassware and silverware to kitchen and provides all clean supplies to dining room.
• Maintains required levels of supplies in the dining room.
• Meticulously cleans dining room tables and booths.
• Empties all garbage.
• Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable environment at all times.
• Sincerely greets and welcomes all VIP guests
• Must be alert, attentive and responsive to VIP guests at all times.
• Maintains a respectful and professional demeanor with VIP guests at all times.
• Ensures the VIP guest experience exceeds expectations, providing a memorable dining experience.
• Maintains decorum of the VIP Lounge with a positive attitude and overall demeanor that reflects the customer service goals of the company.
• Performs all side-work duties as described for assigned shift.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Assists other employees in their duties as needed or as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
• Adheres to all service standards, as well as department and company policies and procedures.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior service experience in an upscale restaurant/lounge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
• Professional, neat and clean appearance.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends. Must be able to work overtime either before or after their shift, and sometimes on short notice.

JOB DEMANDS:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Position requires 10% standing and 90% walking.
• Requires very frequent lifting, bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead.
• Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.
• Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 (ten) hours in length.
• Must be able to work in crowded, noisy, or otherwise stressful environments.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
