Job Description:

The Grant Manager is responsible for all phases of the grant cycle including working collaboratively with leaders at all levels of the organization in enhancing funding models, identifying new sources of funding, and developing sustainable and effective grants programs, managing overall grant efforts, managing grant databases, engaging with donor agencies, ensure that grant programs operate efficiently, coordinating and engaging with grant writers, optimizing the grant administration process, educating staff on policies, ensuring grant budgets are created accurately, and preparing financial reports.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field; minimum 3 years’ experience managing grants for a public sector organization; and skilled at evaluating various forms of data and ability to communicate key details about data to stakeholders unfamiliar with grant reporting and grant accounting; and strong working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
