Job Description:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing an initial/first impression of the EVEN brand by providing a 5 star welcoming guest experience. The position includes checking guests in/out of the Hotel, providing prompt courteous service from guest transactions to fielding questions, answering the phone and computer work.
Position is a critical link between all working departments as well as primary interaction with our guests. Position is fast paced, ability to handle stressful situations.

Job Requirements:

Must have outstanding customer service skills, ability to strategically problem solve, keep focused and calm while dealing with potential service opportunities, excellent communication skills both oral and written, team player.
Must be able to bend, crouch, push, & pull up to 50 pounds, be on your feet for an 8 hour shift and work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to handle all situations with empathy and a genuine smile.
