Customer Care Representative COVID-19
Position Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works from home in a professional environment free of noise and distractions.
• Handles inbound calls (50 – 75+ daily) scheduling appointments for COVID vaccinations and answering questions.
• Makes outbound calls in response to voicemails requesting information about the COVID vaccine.
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor to customers at all times.
• Acknowledges and resolves customer concerns.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintains detailed records/notes of customer interactions, appointments, comments, and complaints.
• Promptly emails escalation team when vaccination appointments need to be rescheduled.
• Communicates and coordinate with leadership and colleagues as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer services skills.
• Clear speaking voice.
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle inbound phone calls and follow scripted answers to a variety of questions.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute; talking and typing simultaneously.
• Ability to stay calm and de-escalate when customers are stressed or upset.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and select appropriate software based upon call type.
• A minimum of one year of customer service experience, contact center preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of web browsers, email, Windows software.
• Hard-wired internet connectivity with acceptable download and upload speeds.
• Experience using computers while working with customers is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is a plus.
• Professional bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable.
