TCL is seeking an electrician to join their team. TCL Electricians are responsible for performing new system installations, service maintenance, and repair on a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment, including parking lot lighting, exterior and interior LED lighting, lock out/tag out procedures and prioritize “hot” work orders to ensure optimum safety, quality, and production while minimizing costs and waste in our team-based environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction, make customers happy.
Complete all lighting and service system checks efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

High School or equivalent
Associates Degree in industrial maintenance, electrical or electronic engineering is a plus.
4 years of experience (preferred)
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Must have basic hand tools
Must have a valid driver’s license & pass driving record screening
CDL certification preferred but not required.
Must obtain CDL B Class w/Air Brakes license within 90 days.
Aerial Lift / Boom Truck certification preferred but not required.
Must pass drug screening
Must pass criminal background check
Authorized to work in the United States required
