Job Description:

Full-time, year-around “Director of 1st Impressions”, also known as the receptionist, for a busy tax and accounting office. Duties include, answering the phone, making appointments, handing out and receiving client documents in a COVID-19 safe manner, assisting clients with their questions. Filing, checking data in the computer and other related activities.

Job Requirements:

Essential is someone who communicates in a friendly, bouncy and upbeat manner with the customers, even in the mist of the busy tax season.

Required Skills: Spanish speaking, computer skills (Outlook specifically), ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.


Full-time flexible schedule for tax season and Fridays off in the summer. There could be an opportunity for someone to learn or use their bookkeeping skills to advance within the company.
