Job Description:

Key duties include, but are not limited to, administrating payroll, serving as the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator, overseeing the daily transactions for the locally held funds, etc.

Job Requirements:

Desirable Requirements: Knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of two years of college, completion of training course or 3 years of related clerical bookkeeping experience, accounting techniques, knowledge of state and non-state accounting procedures, office methods & procedures, knowledge of principles and functions of standard office accounting machines and equipment.

The State of Illinois provides employees with Health, Vision, and Dental insurance with a small co-payment from employees. Life insurance is provided at 100% your annual salary. These positions include a pension plan.
Benefit time for new employees includes three (3) personal business days, ten (10) vacation days starting, and twelve (12) sick days per year.
