In search of dependable, caring, and reliable caregivers (C.N.A.s preferred with reliable transportation) that want to work and gain personal satisfaction in serving others.
Our caregivers are the keystone of our business and we believe in empowering them. We provide paid initial training if you cannot provide current annual training, and your training certificates will be available for you. We seek to help seniors and their families struggling to keep their independence on a daily basis. Our Caregivers possess the virtues of dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem solving a positive attitude and love for others.
From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.) our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, in the morning, etc.

Minimum one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting preferred;
English proficiency and excellent communication skills;
Two work related references required;
Prior fingerprinting preferred;
Must be able to pass background check;
C.N.A., H.H.A. and B.L.S./C.P.R. training a plus;
Annual required State of Illinois training, including Dementia/Alzheimer's.

Weekly pay;
401 after one year;
Very responsive before, during and after shifts.
