Job Description:

1st Shift 5:00AM-1:30PM M-F

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Monitor and maintain acceptable productivity levels set by supervisor
• Assist the Supervisor in completing any and all tasks that pertain to packaging
• Assist in returns, receiving and rework as needed
• Leading and motivating employees in a high-volume automated environment
• Work with machine operators in order to meet daily goals
• Able to lead a large number of employees during special projects with little or no supervision
• Assist with all departmental training
• Ability to report daily and hourly production to senior management
• Ability to follow and enforce all departmental procedures
• Ability to follow and enforce Sony DADC policies

Job Requirements:

Qualification Requirements:
• Nexus WMS experience
• Forklift Certified (dock truck minimum)
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds
• Oracle experience a plus
• Shop Floor experience a plus
• Exceptional attendance record is required
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Able to stand for entire shift
