Job Description:

This candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the newly established outpatient Substance Use Treatment Program. This position will be 50% clinical provision of services and 50% administration duties.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work. Psychology or a Licensed Practitioner of Health Arts (LPHA), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP). Certified Advanced Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CAADC) by the state of Illinois Certification Board Required. Must possess five (5) years’ experience in a clinical setting and have knowledge of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5 (DSM-5) and the American Society of Addictions Medicine and application of evidence-based clinical skills for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment of both the Child and Adolescent and Adult population. Three (3) years of previous management experience. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. DESIRED: Advanced ICB, Inc. certification as a supervisor. Five (5) years of Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program management experience.
