Job Description:

To plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of assigned maintenance personnel in a manner set to achieve the goals and objectives set by management.
Conduct a thorough investigation of all incidents and make recommendations on mitigation and the need for a Practical Problem Solving event.
• Create list of weekly safety topics for the shop floor supervisors and distribute prior to their weekly safety meeting.
• Manage assigned maintenance resources to support safety and environmental improvements,
• Work closely with production supervisors to identify and eliminate safety issues.
• Spearhead the Machinery Risk Assessment process for the plant.
• Manage / maintain work order request from the plant.
• Assign work to maintenance techs.
• Maintain maintenance history through Shopware program.
• Schedule outside contractors to complete required repairs and PM’s.
• Other duties as assigned.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Eligible for a wage increase 90 calendar days following hire date and every 180 calendar days after first 90 calendar days until employee reaches top of wage range (certain restrictions apply)
