• Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions to their specific needs.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone and email.
• Process certificates, endorsements, and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies.
• Cross-sell products to existing customers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Job Requirements:

No Experience or Certificate Needed- Will train & pay for Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Basic Microsoft skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Social Media Skills.
• Bi-lingual skills .
• Excellent communication.
