Job Description:

Responsible for supervising and administering housing and community development programs, research and development, and the coordination of housing and community development related services. Supervises program operations and assists with conducting special projects, and related work as required. This is a professional and administrative position responsible for the activities to sup [port housing and community development grants, and preparation of plans.

Job Requirements:

The desired candidate will have: a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Services, Urban Planning or related field (Master’s Degree is preferred). Five years of professional experience in managing a community development, housing, or social service program or related area of program planning work including 3 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to successfully perform the essential duties is required.
