Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supervise the Service Sales Representative team to assure Cintas customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner, in order to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.


· Responsible for the training of SSRs based in our corporate training guides and schedule. Ensure SSRs understand business objectives according to Cintas policies and procedures.

· As a supervisor complete all tasks necessary to maintain an engaged and productive workforce such as but not limited to, communicate in a clear and concise manner, mentor and develop partners, recruit, hire and train, and maintain accurate partner records in HRWWs + personnel files.

· Supervise the loading process at the beginning of a shift and supervise route check-in at the conclusion of a shift.

· Support the service management team in achieving location goals as new business, increasing existing customer volume, business retention, customer satisfaction and material cost.

· Monitor SSR activity and results through weekly reports, and administer fleet management. Maintain proper route sequence to ensure efficiency. Ensure accurate route books are developed and maintained.

· Implement the goodwill policy for assigned accounts. Develop a personal relationship with decision makers while on the route that leads to a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Create a safe work environment where there is Safety engagement trained, tough and reinforced. Teach and conduct all safety training, enforce all safety regulations.

· Handle renewals of customer contracts personally and through Service Sales Reps while on the route as directed by the Service Manager

· Other special projects or duties assigned.

Job Requirements:


· Withstand extreme temperatures in summer and winter.

· Climb stairs while carrying product, lift product throughout the day and bend to pick up product. Specific requirements listed in the chart below:

III. Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience preferred
