Job Description:

Position Summary
Inventory Lead will oversee the flow of inventory into and out of a warehouse, from investigating discrepancies, rack storage, cycle counting, inbound and outbound shipments

Key Duties And Responsibilities
•Ensure inventory personnel are in compliance with procedures, GMP, Safety, and company policies
•Responsible for required SOP training for the Inventory personnel
•Perform investigations, reports, and making system adjustment as necessary
•Responsible overseeing all inventory floor functions (production support, EOR, cycle counting, rejects, receiving and shipping)
•Verifies that all inbounds are being received systematically and in a timely manner
•Responsible for managing the flow of inbound and outbound loads
•Work in conjunction with the Quality Department for positive production results
•Ensure the Inventory area is secured 24/7, and locked when not in use
•Must be able to effectively communicate any pending items to the next shift
•Inventory cage security, ensures the Inventory cage is secured 24/7, and locked when not in use
•Each employee is responsible for performing these functions in a safe manner and providing quality service and product

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Skills & Experience

Work Experience Required
•One or more years of related experience or training in the fields of shipping, receiving and inventory
•One year of experience operating a scissor lift, reach and/or stand up truck

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
•Must work effectively in a team environment.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening and leader skills are needed.
•Ability to understand and use all applicable aspects of WMS
•Demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
•Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
•Ability to interpret instructions both oral and written
