We’re currently seeking a Client Acquisition Manager. This person should have
strong communication skills, the ability to develop key contacts and feel comfortable in
an inside/outside sales environment. S/he will be responsible for the sustainable and
continued growth of a protected territory. We offer a strong base salary, full benefits and
one of the highest uncapped commission programs in our industry.
Duties and responsibilities
The following is a list of the primary job responsibilities:
• Direct responsibility to drive sales efforts through both inside and outside B2B
sales processes
• Networking and relationship development with existing national account base
• Maximize revenue opportunities with assigned and existing clients
• Review current established relationships to eliminate unprofitable accounts and/or
to adjust the pricing structure to secure a profitable gross margin return
• Negotiate rates in accordance with minimum gross profit targets and demonstrate
an ability to close sales
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team to maximize recruitment efforts
Requirements

Job Requirements:

These are the minimum requirements that are necessary for someone to be considered for
the position:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows O/S
• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales
• Proven ability of success in previous sales roles
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Staffing and/or recruiting experience preferred but not required
• Possess a creative, energetic and positive attitude
