Job Description:

Under general supervision, executes timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll in Kronos
Workforce Central. Maintain accurate payroll data, records and reports. Administer leave
of absences with limited supervision. Other responsibilities include new hire processing
including interviewing, post offer employment testing, background verification, new
employee orientation, recording and reconciling benefits and accruals, I-9 record keeping
and auditing, performing payroll system maintenance to ensure consistent and accurate
data, employee relations, evaluating attendance compliance, participate in administering
disciplines related to attendance, and other human resource functions as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The qualified candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED and a minimum of two
(2) years of experience in payroll processing and two (2) years of experience in leave of
absence administration or any combination of education, training and experience that
provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of
the job. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Must maintain
confidentiality, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented
and analytical, and have exceptional organizational skills. Candidates with experience
working with Kronos Workforce Central will be given priority. Full benefits package.
