Job Description:

The Outside Sales Representative is an integral part of Santanna Energy Services marketing plan, allowing Santanna to provide competitive products directly to potential customers at their homes. Using great customer acquisition leads, which increase the potential for sales, we provide hands on presentations to home owners that offer value and savings.

•Spend majority of workday making sales a customer residences door to door.
•Contact residential customers from an assigned territory.
•Present competitive energy solutions that meet the customers’ needs, while adhering to Santanna’s core values and Code of Conduct requirements.
•Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals and all key performance indicators including maintaining a high level of customer service.
•Effectively manage prospects and leads in their assigned sales territory.
•Collect customer, market, and competitor information during the sales process to improve channel success.
•Maintain high level of open communication and morale within the work group and among supporting work groups.
•Attend all meetings and sales trainings to keep abreast of best practices and latest developments in the department.
•Must be available to work Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm, hours will vary for both full time and part time consultants.
•Must be able to work outside for the duration of a regular work shift in various weather elements (i.e. heat, cold, and rain).
•Drivers must hold a valid Illinois driver’s license, current registration and liability insurance, and own a reliable vehicle at all times. We also hire candidates who don't own a car but have reliable transportation.
•Other duties as assigned.

•Ability to work independently
•Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
•Bilingual in Spanish or Polish a huge plus!
