Job Description:

Seeking a professional Administrative Accounting Clerk. Responsibilities will consist
of answering phones, returning phone calls, assisting customers , General
office duties.

• 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience (Accounts payable (AP), Accounts receivable (AR), invoicing and reconciliations)
• Data- Entry, Spreadsheets
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• QuickBooks Pro advance experience required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills,
• Managing Processes,
• Professionalism, Problem Solving, Verbal Communication; The ability to work independent
• Detail Oriented and to Multi –task
• Part-time working 20 hours a week additional hours when needed
• Processing Accounts Receivable invoices
• Vendor Accounts Payable
• Posting and applying cash, applying credits, researching payments and deductions,
• Performing Collections calls and managing collections efforts
• Performing data entry he ability to research and resolve .
• Answering phones, files, and handles other general office duties, providing accurate information when required
• Maintaining supplies inventory; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Completing operational requirements by expediting work results.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
This position also requires knowledge of accounting as this
person will be assisting with day to day administrative duties along with
light accounting (accounts receivables, accounts payable and invoicing).
Must have at least 2 years experience in an office setting; Quick Books
experience and some accounting knowledge. Potential full-time position.
