Job Description:

The job consists partially of but not limited to probing multiple lots, sit or stand for long periods, work at elevated heights, perform repetitive tasks, able to work in dusty environments, dividing down grain samples, measuring the test weight and moisture content of the grain using an approved Moisture Meter, sampling and stowage exams.

Available to work weekends and overtime.

As your knowledge and training progress you will receive training on sampling and grading the grain with the goal of you becoming a USDA Licensed Grain Inspector.

We provide all training in house for all of the initial functions to become a license sampler, as well as for your Grain License which is obtained after successfully testing with the USDA.
Upon obtaining your Grain License you will receive a $2.00 per hour raise

Job Requirements:

Basic math, reading, writing and communications skill will be required. Technicians must be able to identify maintain, and properly use equipment as appropriate.

Management will provide study materials and adequate training. General labor will be required. Attendance and reliability will be mandatory.

Valid drivers licenses and a reliable vehicle is mandatory
Pre Employment Drug Screening & Background required

English Language- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English Language
