Job Description:

Excellent opportunity to work in customer service in an office setting. We are looking for professional, detail oriented customer service representatives who have great computer skills. Come join our team of customer service representatives and enjoy a fun, family atmosphere. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to incoming customer calls; completing data entry of customer information; dispatching calls as is appropriate; obtaining and processing payment information and handling customer complaints. Multiple shifts available. Our office is open from 6:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. weekdays and 8:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends. We are a growing company and there is potential for growth both upward and lateral.

The successful applicant will possess excellent computer skills, great communication skills, data entry skills, and be able to type 35 wpm and have a working knowledge of MS Office and excel.

Job Requirements:

Type 35 WPM
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Pleasant phone voice
Good attention to details
