Job Description:

Seeking a passionate, self-driven, sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses protect what they love today as well as secure their tomorrows.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.

Refer opportunities to our Personal Financial Specialist.

Document customer contact in eAgent.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Possess a property & casualty insurance license.

Bi-lingual, English- and Spanish-speaking.
